The lamp on the right side of this picture is broken but that does not stop 20315
from continuing on its mission and is covered with black duct tape.

No proper inspection appeared to have been made of this loco when it set
off for Sellafield within hours of the accident; even though it had just
been involved in a collision (however minor) with a heavy goods vehicle.
