Friends of the Earth exists to protect and improve the environment, locally, nationally and internationally.Our primary aim is to achieve policy change amongst decision makers whose actions have most impact on our environment, in all political parties, national and local government, international fora, businesses and professions.Our secondary aim is to persuade and empower individuals and communities to adopt these values, lifestyles and policies which would ensure a fair and sustainable future for everyone, whilst protecting the diversity and interdependence of all living creatures.At a national and local level, Friends of the Earth Limited runs effective and radical campaigns, and provides practical solutions to today's environmental problems, Friends of the Earth Trust provides high-quality information and research.
